I have a neighbor named Sergei. He seemed to be not a bad guy, decent, sociable and polite. But in the last couple of months something has changed in him. I answered him with a smile that I don’t know and let him go to the service center for diagnostics, but I decided not to turn on the jammerthat evening. The neighbor returned home and safely set the car alarm, no “night guests” visited him anymore and we finally live peacefully and calmly.
